By accessing or using this application (“the App”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Use of the App is restricted to authorized Barkibu employees and external users who have been explicitly provided system-generated access credentials by Barkibu.
The App is provided to support Barkibu’s internal operations and approved external workflows. Use is limited strictly to the purposes defined by Barkibu.
Employees must authenticate using Google OAuth through their Barkibu Google Workspace account.
External users access the App through a username and password generated and assigned by Barkibu. No personal data from external users is collected, required, or stored.
The App processes only the employee’s company email address for authentication and logging.
Barkibu does not collect or store any personal data from external users. Access credentials are system-generated and do not contain or derive from personal information.
All data, content, and materials accessed through the App are confidential. Users may not disclose or share information with unauthorized individuals inside or outside Barkibu.
Barkibu may modify, update, restrict, or discontinue the App at any time for operational, security, or compliance reasons. The App is provided “as is,” without guarantees of continuous availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barkibu is not liable for service interruptions, data loss not caused by negligence, misuse of the App, or unauthorized access caused by compromised credentials.
