This internal application (“the App”) is operated by Barkibu and is intended solely for authorized employees. The App uses Google OAuth to authenticate users securely.
When you sign in with Google OAuth, the App only collects:
No additional Google data—such as profile details, contacts, or files—is accessed or stored.
Your company email address is used strictly for:
The data is not used for analytics, profiling, advertising, or any external purpose.
No personal data collected through the App is shared with external third parties, except if legally required.
Because the App does not store personal data beyond the company email address retrieved from Google OAuth, any corrections must be made through the company’s Google Workspace account administration (for example, if an employee’s email changes due to a name change or restructuring). The App will automatically reflect updated information at the next login.
Since the company email identifier is required for authentication, access control, and security logging, it cannot be deleted while the employee uses the App or where log retention is required for operational or compliance purposes. Deletion requests will be evaluated only when retention is no longer required.
The App complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use. Google OAuth data is used exclusively for authentication and logging.
Barkibu may update this Privacy Policy when operational or legal requirements change. Employees will be informed of material revisions.
